Copy for marketing the event to students is below:

"Need advice or guidance on your business idea? Looking for a place to meet with like-minded, entrepreneurial individuals? Spark Social, our happy hour event series, is designed to be a networking resource that joins our academic alumni, community members and THE CLIMB | Business Plan Competition alumni together. The theme is "Digital/Tech," and the Denver entrepreneurs in attendance will all be owners of successful digital and tech-based businesses. You never know what ideas might "ignite!"

Mark has already atteneded one event so far and enjoyed talking digital payments, health tech, and business structures with students who had ideas for dating apps, solar energy, and insurance.

"The Denver technology community has been so wonderful for my business and my career, both professionally and personally. I am always looking for ways to give back. My most visible efforts are through Google Developer Group Denver, but finding a new avenue for this passion is equally rewarding. I am excited to team up with Sarah Engel at the business school whom I already know from Denver Startup Week collaboration."

Keep an eye out for a special mentorship event next March, that Google Developer Group Denver is working on. A teaser marketing page is now allowing sign ups for more information. Think great people, skiing, tech and fun. Learn more here.
